Reservations To start your Reservation process:      1.   Please e-mail (barbara-jim@hollytreemanor.us.com) or               phone (731 855-0169)  to see if the room(s) are available.         2.   Once told the room and dates are available, please complete the                  Reservation Information Sheet Form   and submit it to us.                  It is very important that you complete the Reservation Information Sheet Form.                  This form gives us information to help make your stay more pleasant                    and helps us with communications through e-mail and/or phone.                  Do not proceed to check-out until you have sent the                   Reservation Information Sheet Form                  and received notice of the availability.       3.   Next  select that room(s) below and complete the PayPal/Credit Card Info for                 the amount indicated to reserve the room(s).       4.   When the reservation payment is received we will send you an e-mail to confirm.  If you have any questions please e-mail or phone us and we will assist you with your Reservations.

To Reserve Rooms:      Payment in full in US Dollars is requested for each guest room at the time of reservation.      Please review the Strict cancellation policy under Rooms & Rates.      We accept VISA, MC, and PAYPAL, as well as cashier’s checks.
